Housing Collaborative isn’t new — but their name is. Formerly known as Socialserve, I was tasked with updating not just their brand identity, but giving them a name that better reflected their commitment to being an information resource for all players in the affordable housing space (renters, landlords and housing assistance programs). The result is name that makes their mission clear and a smart, distinctive look/feel that simultaneously exudes professionalism and compassion.
The Housing Collaborative rebrand was honored by the Queen City Nerve to be named “Best Rebranding” 2022.
